By creating an account or using Poweroom, available at poweroom.com and app.poweroom.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Poweroom lets you centralize your company's tools and services into customizable boards. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at hello@poweroom.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription, billed per user either monthly or annually, in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Poweroom to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the boards, links, and descriptions you add to Poweroom. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using Poweroom and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or if required by law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Poweroom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Poweroom after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
